  • Kite Flying Day ——-Saturday, April 24th, 9am to 1pm
    Don McCasland of “Kite Over New England” will be on hand to help out.

  • Spring Clean-Up Day ——-Saturday, May 1st, 9am
    Bring your rakes and meet your neighbors at the Park!
  • Family Portrait Day ——-Sunday, May 16th, 8:30 am to 4:30pm (Rain Date, May 23rd)
    Talented photographer and Arlington resident Robert Forté will be taking portraits in the park – families, couples or individuals welcome! You can see his work on his web site at RKForté Photography .
    The sitting fee of $40. includes an 8 x 10 photo. Additional sizes and prints will be available. Liza Gleason will be coordinating sitting times. Contact her at 781-646-2775 or at: Liza_Gleason at comcast.net to reserve a spot. This is a great mother’s or father’s day gift.
  • Field Day—— Saturday, June 12th, 2 pm to 4:30 pm (Rain Date, June 13th)
    Come to our annual Field Day which will include great races, a moon walk, face painting, sack race, food, music and lots more. The events will be preceded at 12:30 pm by the Friends’ Annual Meeting. Please join us to elect the new Board of Directors and discuss plans for the Park.
  • Independence Day Celebration—— Sunday, July 4th
    On the 4th of July Arlington will again celebrate America’s Birthday in style at Robbins Farm. Featured performers will be the John Penny Band from 7 pm to 9 pm followed by big TV screen coverage of the Pops concert and fireworks from the Esplanade in Boston.
  • Friday Night Flicks ——- Friday, August 6th, (No Rain date)
    The program will start about 7:30 pm (dusk) with a Muppet Show followed by the feature film, “Freaky Friday”
  • Friday Night Flicks ——- Friday, August 20th, (No Rain date)
    The program will start about 7:30 pm (dusk). Another Muppet Show will open the double-bill followed by the full-length feature, “Miracle On Ice”, the inspiring story of the 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey team
